GM Inner Headlight Mounting Bucket, Marked “D” (ea),is a stamped-steel, square-hole reproduction component designed for classic 4-headlight (quad layout) vehicles using 5-3/4″ round sealed beams. Because quad headlight assemblies use highly specific offsets to aim the beams correctly, General Motors stamped individual letters (“A”, “B”, “C”, and “D”) directly onto the mounting tabs at the assembly line to prevent cross-installation. These buckets are sold individually (ea).
