The 1964-1967 Chevelle Automatic Shifter Handle is a premium factory-style reproduction piece engineered for center console floor shifters. This assembly restores the original high-polish chrome aesthetic and smooth gear engagement. It comes fully equipped with the internal spring-loaded lockout mechanism and the correct molded black plastic push-release button.

• Standard Powerglide Layout: By default, this handle configuration drops natively onto the factory 2-speed Powerglide linkages found originally in ’64–’67 models. [1, 2]
• 3-Speed & Overdrive Conversions: If you are swapping your old transmission out for a TH350, TH400, or a 4-speed overdrive automatic (700R4 / 4L60E), this exact handle assembly can still be utilized. However, the handle alone will not fix your shifter detents. You must pair it with an upgraded floor detent gate plate and matching cable linkage conversions to ensure the handle’s detent positions line up safely with your new transmission shift gates.
