It provides the essential factory-correct bolts, clips, screws, washers, and alignment shims required to cleanly mount and square up a classic vehicle’s main forward body sheet metal.

• Radiator Core Support: Connectors for the headlight brackets, lower hood latch, latch brace, top header panel ends, and fender-to-core support tie-ins (standard 5/16″ x 3/4″ bolts, nuts, and washers).
• Fender-to-Cowl Alignment: Upper and lower outer fender attachment points, including high-tensile 3/8″ bolts and loose or fixed-washer 5/16″ indented head bolts alongside heavy-duty “U” and “J” speed nuts.
• Inner Fender Wheel Houses: A high concentration of 5/16″ x 3/4″ bolts matched with matching J-nuts to securely cinch the inner fender skirts to the main outer fenders.
• Hood Hinges: Industrial-strength 3/8″ x 1″ bolts tailored to anchor the main counter-sprung hood hinges into the inner cowl structure.

• Do Not Tighten Early: When hanging the front clip sheet metal, thread every single bolt in by hand until it catches, but leave the hardware completely loose. Keeping the front clip loose lets you shift panels around to establish symmetrical gaps across the hood lines and doors. Once the clip is completely square, lock the bolts down starting from the radiator core support and working backward.
